They became leaders in the Fintech Awards 2023 category

In April, the results of the Fintech Awards 2023 were announced, where the best companies in the financial sector were announced. Overall, fintech in Russia grew by 19.7%, which is more than double the growth of the financial industry.

Smart Ranking analyzed more than 150 participants and evaluated companies in terms of revenue and growth, and also took into account qualitative indicators: technologies being implemented, achievements in business scaling.

Solar Staff has become a leader in the B2B services segment. Here’s what Pavel Shinkarenko, the company’s co-founder and CEO, says about the victory:

"It would be fair to say that strong changes have taken place in the Russian fintech market and it is not certain that we would have become leaders this year without them. Speaking exclusively about us, we have been helping to work safely with freelancers and project workers for 10 years. On the one hand, we do this smoothly, duplicating suppliers and infrastructure. On the other hand, we are constantly introducing innovations that make it easier to work with talent. This, for example, was the case with the automatic payment of personal income tax on foreign income for individuals. This approach allows us to grow and take leadership positions."
