Getting started with Solar Staff is simple. Once you receive and accept a client invitation, you can begin working on tasks and earning right away.

A task is any specific service or assignment from a client company. You’ll be notified about new tasks via email and through the mobile app (if installed).

Here’s how to complete a task:

1. Check the assignment details and deadlines
2. Accept the task if you agree with the terms
3. Submit your work (files or links)
4. Mark the task as complete

Once the client approves your work, you’ll receive payment through our secure deal system within the specified timeframe.

Withdrawing funds is flexible – you can transfer any amount, anytime. Here’s how:

1. Visit the “Finances” section in your dashboard
2. View your available balance and payment methods
3. Add a new payment option if needed (card, e-wallet, or bank account)
4. Click “Withdraw” and follow the prompts

Solar Staff supports three tax statuses:

• Individual (default)
• Self-employed
• Individual entrepreneur

Your status won’t affect task availability (unless specified by clients), but it does determine your closing documents. Be sure to select your actual status – for instance, if you’re self-employed, don’t keep the default individual status.

Yes! Our secure deal system guarantees payment for quality work. When you’re assigned a task, we hold the client’s funds upfront. Once your work is approved, payment is automatically transferred to you.
